Reparation Generation is a multiracial organization whose leadership spans various races, areas of expertise, career fields, educational backgrounds, and levels of community activism, all united in the quest to do what’s right. As Americans, we imagine the more perfect union promised to all of us and bring this vision to life through strategic reparative programs.
Reparation Generation is committed to Black leadership and influence at every level. Our Executive Board and our governing body, the National Advisory Board (NAB), consists of a majority of Black Americans with Black NAB members providing the strategic direction and key programmatic decisions. We represent a model for Black-led multi-racial organizations and demonstrate the tremendous power of solidarity and allyship.
Reparation Generation is a fiscally sponsored project of Multiplier 501(c)3 and follows all laws and regulations pertaining to nonprofit organizations.
